Whether it be your wedding (marriage), your child's naming, your  commitment ceremony, reaffirmation (renewal of vows, engagement  (betrothal),  separation / divorce / end of relationship ceremony  relinquishment , housewarming or a launching of a new venture you only get one shot to do it and do it well. And you can do it well  if you have the right celebrant.

So what makes me different from the rest, the many celebrants who will all offer you "personalised" ceremony?

I am a young-at-heart celebrant with a fresh and original way of looking at ceremonies and total commitment to ensuring that your ceremony is you-specific and a fresh way of looking at ceremonies. I respect tradition but I ensure that it has meaning for the present, is truly modern. I also have the maturity and life-experience to sensitively guide you through a meaningful process in developing your ceremony and dealing with the many conflicting demands such a special occasion can create.

Extraordinary ceremonies have a vision behind them. They reflect you through every element. The key ingredient is knowing how to masterfully orchestrate the elements that make up the vision, without losing sight of the vision. That's my role as an experienced, creative, inspired listener.  To ensure that your memories are beautiful,  I work with you to create an extraordinary and very personal ceremony, a ceremony which, through the words and the choreography that includes a variety of highly effective vignettes, creates indelible memories in the hearts and minds of everyone present, produces opportunities for exceptional photographs and video footage, and gets everyone into a jubilant mood for the celebration that follows.  I impose nothing other than the legal requirements applicable to weddings and commitment ceremonies.

After the ceremony, I will leave you with a quality certificate and a beautifully presented copy of the text of your ceremony.

• I am authorised by the Commonwealth of Australia to solemnise marriages anywhere in Australia and am bound by the Code of Practice applicable to all registered marriage celebrants.

• I have extensive experience of developing, creating and performing one-of-a-kind weddings, namings, commitments, renewal of vows and other ceremonies.
  

• I have formal qualifications in the choreography, creation and management of ceremonies and in ceremonial public speaking, and have other academic qualifications and skills relevant to civil celebrancy.

• I custom-create all ceremonies and bend over backwards to make that your ceremony is unique and authentic to you, and that you are happy with it. This moves beyond mere choice (which implies selection from ceremonies and resources pre-selected by the celebrant) to working to your specifications.

• In addition to training and experience, I have built up a large celebrancy-specific reference library to assist me in meeting your specific requirements.

• I provide you with access to a wide range of helpful information and resources to help you in working with me to create a unique ceremony.

• I am very mindful of copyright issues. My ceremonies are original and not "knocked off" from other people's websites or books.

• Where the circumstances of the ceremony warrant it, I use a high-quality 75 watt wireless PA system or a compact 20 watt wireless PA system at no extra charge. Having your ceremony outside is not a problem because my PA systems are battery-operated.
